Richard M. Vannatta oversees all aspects of the appraisal service division.  As experienced appraisers, Vannatta Brothers offer, valuable services to clients throughout Ohio, primarily to Attorneys, Lenders, CPA’s, and Business Valuation Appraisers.  Clients of Vannatta Brothers receive and rely on objective opinions, recommendations, and analysis.

In addition, our appraisers are qualified to appraise a wide variety of personal property, generally referred to as furniture, fixtures, machinery, and equipment, typically found in offices, restaurants, warehousing and cartage operations, and various commercial, industrial, and construction applications.

Finally, we are qualified to provide Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) consulting, and various types of litigation support including expert testimony.
